What is our current way of working?
Our transparency
One of our priorities is to create a healthy work environment. To this end, we have agreements in place that facilitate communication between the team and the studio's management, ensuring transparency in project decisions.
Delivery dates
We are very understanding of our team's external responsibilities. Delivery deadlines, dates, and tasks are agreed upon by both parties and may be postponed in the event of a justified problem.
Work modality
We prioritize the rights of our team, allowing them the freedom to choose which studio projects to participate in. We want our team members to feel comfortable in their chosen workspace.
Agreements and professionalism
All our rules and working methods are outlined in a formal agreement that is accepted upon joining the team. This helps create a safe environment for all members.
